The university Omar-Bongo (UOB) is a public institution of higher education  in Libreville, the capital of Gabon.

The UOB is made up of two faculties:

• Faculty; Law and Economics (FDSE)
• Faculty; Arts and Humanities (FLSH)

Several laboratories and research centers are attached to each of these faculties, for example:

• the applied economics laboratory (LEA)
• the graphics and cartography laboratory (LAGRAC)
• the Afro Hispanic Research Center (CRAHI)
• The African Language Aesthetics Research Center (CRELAF)
